Thank you ALL for your kindness. “Gringa” – that’s hilarious!!!!!! I’m tempted, really! Actually, I think I might use a name that a friend already calls me: JEANS. It’s not only a shorter version of my own name, but it’s what I live in as well! Now…I have to go about changing everything online to match – we’ll see how long that takes!!!!

So the other day, Dwight was at Target buying small gifts for our kids’ good report cards & when he came home, he gave me an iTunes Giftcard because of all my hard work to get the kids ready for school, etc. Yay! So, for a laugh, I thought I’d share with you my recent purchases:

Crossroads album – Bon Jovi   This is their ‘Greatest Hits’ CD  I love Bon Jovi!!

‘Hopelessly Devoted’, ‘You’re the One That I Want’, and ‘Summer Nights’ from the Grease Soundtrack. Dwight & I have been watching that new TV show where they’re auditioning for the lead parts in a new Grease musical on Broadway – I can’t tell you how much of a guilty pleasure that show is for me!!! AND…..it’s really got me thinking that I want Dwight to get back into doing that ASAP – he is SOOO good – he really needs to be doing that again.

My other songs are ‘Waiting on the World to Change’ & ‘Daughters’ by John Mayer, ‘Let’s Get it Started’ by Black Eyed Peas’ and ‘My Love’ by Justin Timberlake.  Eclectic mix, huh? I still have room for 2 more songs too!!!!

Well…..I’ll leave you with a funny story that happened to me this morning. Dwight usually get up early on Wednesdays to meet with a friend, so while he was in the shower, I heard the dog barking outside. I was frustrated that he let her out & then got in the shower, so that now I had to go downstairs & let her in. I groggily went down the stairs & noticed that our front door was unlocked, but I didn’t think too much about it. I went over to the sliding glass door & just when I was getting ready to open it, I hear “Hi, Jeanna” in a calm, deep voice, coming from the couch. I screamed VERY loudly & my knees buckled. Apparantly, Dwight’s alarm didn’t go off this morning & he had let his friend in to wait for him while he took a shower. Thankfully, I had put a sweater over my nightshirt!!!! Well….that was one way to wake up, I guess!!!
